**Job Title: Data Entry Intern**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Entry**:

- Input accurate and timely data into the company's database or system.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness during the entry process.

2. **Data Verification**:

- Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries.

3. **Documentation**:

- Maintain proper documentation of data entry procedures and guidelines.
- Organize and file source documents appropriately.

4. **Quality Control**:

- Conduct routine checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve any discrepancies in data.

5. **Task Support**:

- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Support team members with tasks related to data management.

6. **Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Adhere to data protection policies and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in using data entry software and tools.
- Basic understanding of data management principles.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma required; currently enrolled in a bachelor's program preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
