Data Entry Operator Intern
to support our logistics & operations team. As a Data Entry Intern, you will gain practical, hands-on experience in managing organizational data, maintaining records, updating databases, and supporting day to day documentation processes. This internship offers a solid opportunity to understand workflow management, strengthen your technical skills, and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

● Enter, update and maintain accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheets.

● Study and review files to ensure correct information is recorded and updated.

● Verify and cross check information for accuracy and completeness.

● Organize, manage, and store documents efficiently.

● Assist in generating daily/weekly reports as required.

● Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

● Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate data.

Key Skills & Qualification

● Minimum graduate (any stream).

● Basic computer knowledge.

● Must be available for immediate joining.

● Willingness to work on a 2-month contractual role.

● Reliability and discipline in meeting daily targets.

Preferred Skills:

● Fast and accurate typing.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

● Strong attention to detail.

● Ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing accuracy.

● Prior data entry experience is a plus.
