We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our Client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data in our client's systems and databases.

Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and verify data in relevant databases or systems.
  • Review data for errors or missing information and correct any incompatibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of valuable company information.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Assist in generating reports and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position is preferred.
  • Excellent typing skills (with a high level of accuracy and speed).
  • Familiarity with Excel, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
$4 - $4 an hour
