**Job Description: Data Entry Intern**

**Job Summary**:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Intern to join our team. As a Data Entry Intern, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our company's information. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:Input data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Ensure data is entered following established standards and procedures.

**Data Verification**:Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies in the data.

**Record Maintenance**:Organize and maintain electronic and physical records in an orderly manner.
Assist in archiving and retrieving records as needed.

**Data Quality Assurance**:Collaborate with team members to perform regular data audits and clean-ups.
Contribute to maintaining data integrity and consistency.

**Documentation**:Create and update documentation related to data entry processes and procedures.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

**Confidentiality and Security**:Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to data protection policies.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

**Ad hoc Tasks**:Assist in various administrative tasks, as needed, to support the team's operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of data entry principles and procedures.

**Attributes**:

- Organizational skills to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

**Duration and Compensation**:
