**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with NAPS, NATS, and WISE apprenticeship programs.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, employers, and local communities.
- Provide pre-placement support and counselling.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in blue-collar hiring and recruitment.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship programs (NAPS, NATS, WISE).
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
