Bakery Chef

Prepare a variety of bakery items including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts as per menu and guest preferences.
- Design new and innovative bakery items for special occasions, buffets, and events.
- Monitor daily production, inventory, and stock of bakery ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all bakery products.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the bakery section.
- Train and supervise bakery staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team for menu planning, costing, and promotions.
- Manage wastage control and portion sizes for better cost efficiency.
- Handle guest queries, customized orders, and special requests professionally.
Pay: ₹8,207.56 - ₹18,371.47 per month
