**Job Description Summary**

**Why we need you.**

**Daily and monthly responsibilities -** What your days and weeks will include.
- Audit policy documentation of new business submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Assign work items in queue matching to the appropriate work basket
- Process client data into back-office systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Send standard letters based on certain state guidelines
- Research and resolve operational issues as needed.
- Identify and resolve problems using Root Cause Problem Solving tools.
- Work effectively to meet/exceed productivity and quality standards.

**Required skills and qualifications** - The qualifications that are needed for this role:

- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- 3-5 years financial services industry knowledge or experience in similar process support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines
- Ability to work overtime and/or work a flexible shift arrangement as business needs arise.

**Preferred qualifications **- Additional skills/requirements that make you a great fit
- Financial services industry knowledge
- College degree preferred or equivalent business experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Life Insurance Work timings: - This role requires flexibility to work in shifts (regular, afternoon shift, and night shift in India) as per business requirements on a rotational basis. Team members may require working in India night shifts initially for a few weeks for trainings.
