**Role Summary**
We are expanding our PeopleOps team (Human Resources++) to scale a people-first culture with smooth and efficient processes and systems. Given our external mission, we have a strong focus on employee wellbeing.
The People Operations Associate will play a critical role in influencing and supporting the people strategy at GBL - collaboratively working to develop, optimize and implement people processes and programs while overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities associated with people operations.**What will you do?**
- Document, implement, digitize, and work to improve upon processes, procedures and programs relating to the team member lifecycle.
- Monitor and constructively respond to reviews posted on social platforms like GlassDoor.
- Track trends in feedback, identify areas of improvement and suggest actionables.
- Be the main point of contact and respond to all cold queries over mail.
- Work in collaboration with the legal and finance team to meet GBL’s compliance and statutory needs which includes but is not limited to documentation.
- Regularly review and make recommendations for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and suggest internal innovations accordingly.
- Suggest ways and assist in implementation of actionables to increase representation of marginalized communities in GBL.
- Work on maintaining high levels of team engagement and building employee trust and recognition systems in a hybrid workspace, including office management and virtual activities.
**Who are you?**
Ideally you have:
- Bachelor's Degree with related majors e.g. Human Resources (HR), Industrial Psychology or Business Management
- Deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At your heart, you're what we call a people geek.
- Understanding of the entire team member lifecycle, with the ability to recommend process-oriented and/or operational solutions to improve the team member experience.
- Ability to work within a distributed team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the company.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment.
- Able to use discretion and handle highly sensitive information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions.

**Length of Commitment**: Minimum of 12 months
**Location** - Delhi/Bangalore/Remote (India)
**Remuneration** - 6-8LPA (can negotiate based on experience)
