**Sales Representative - Debt Solutions**

**About the Role**
We are looking for a driven **Sales Representative** with experience in the **debt finance ecosystem** — someone who understands the lending space and has hands-on experience in **field sales** and **client acquisition** for debt products (term loans, working capital, unsecured business loans, etc.).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and onboard businesses/clients seeking debt funding from banks, NBFCs, or private lenders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, CFOs, and decision-makers
- Pitch relevant debt solutions based on client requirements (secured/unsecured loans, working capital, invoice discounting, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal credit and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal closures
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Stay updated with lending norms, financial products, and credit policies across institutions
**Who You Are**
- 2-3 years of experience in **field sales** or **business development** in a bank, NBFC, or debt advisory firm
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing debt deals
- Strong understanding of loan structuring, documentation, and credit profiles
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Highly target-oriented and self-motivated
**Bonus if You Have**
- Existing network of lenders or clients in need of debt
- Experience in SME/MSME lending
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
