**Job Title: Telecaller (Immigration)**

As a Telecaller specializing in Immigration services, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone to discuss immigration opportunities, provide information about available services, and assist them in initiating the immigration process. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, maintain a positive relationship with clients, and guide them through the initial stages of immigration inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services or have been identified as potential leads through marketing campaigns.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about immigration procedures, visa types, eligibility criteria, and associated documentation requirements.
- Assess the client's immigration needs and provide personalized consultation to recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet committed to the immigration process.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients, including inquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the immigration consultant team to ensure seamless coordination and transfer of clients from initial inquiry to consultation stage.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide current and relevant information to clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, client engagement, and conversion rates.
- Handle objections and concerns effectively, addressing any doubts or misconceptions regarding the immigration process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly, professionally, and courteously.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the immigration or consultancy industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and client communication.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and empathy when dealing with clients.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous, particularly if serving a multicultural clientele.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is desirable but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,325.30 per month
