**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately post payments received from insurance companies and patients into the billing system.
- Perform manual posting of payments by matching payment information with corresponding patient accounts and services rendered.
- Review Electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of payment information.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between payments received and expected reimbursement amounts.
- Reconcile payments posted with daily deposits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and coding, to resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in payment posting within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in manual payment posting processes, including matching payments with corresponding accounts and services.
- Strong understanding of Electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) transactions.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with billing and payment posting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
