Job Title: QA/Tester – Payment GatewayExperience Required: 2–5 yearsLocation: [UAE / Remote Option]Job Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented QA/Tester with experience in fintech or payment systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing new product enhancements, monitoring live systems, and ensuring seamless and secure payment flows. This role requires a proactive professional who can collaborate with developers, product managers, and operations teams to deliver a robust and reliable payment gateway platform.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Testing & QADesign, execute, and document manual and automated test cases for payment gateway modules.Validate new product features, enhancements, and bug fixes across multiple environments.Ensure compliance with payment standards (PCI DSS, card scheme rules).System MonitoringMonitor payment processing systems, transaction flows, and settlement processes.Identify, report, and escalate system anomalies, downtime, or failed transactions.Collaborate with support and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.CollaborationPartner with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria for new features.Provide QA sign-off for releases and deployments.Clearly communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.Documentation & ReportingMaintain detailed QA test plans, reports, and bug-tracking logs.Contribute to building regression test suites to ensure platform stability.Requirements2–5 years of QA/Testing experience, preferably in payment gateways, fintech, or banking systems.Strong understanding of transaction processing, APIs, and payment integrations (Visa/Mastercard, wallets, UPI, etc.).Experience with QA tools (JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, JMeter).Familiarity with system monitoring and log analysis tools.Knowledge of compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, AML/KYC) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability fintech environment.What We OfferOpportunity to work on high-impact payment solutions in the UAE/MENA region.A collaborative and innovative team environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.How to Apply:Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume and portfolio to with the subject line: Application for QA/Tester – Payment GatewayJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, FreelanceApplication Question(s):Which QA tools have you used (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, JMeter)?
