**Advanced Dental Surgeon (BDS) with Expertise in Smile Designing**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Expertise in Smile Designing**:

- Conduct comprehensive dental assessments, including facial analysis and digital smile designing (DSD).
- Develop personalized treatment plans focused on smile aesthetics, symmetry, and functionality.
- Perform advanced smile designing procedures, such as veneers, crowns, teeth whitening, and gum contouring.
- **Patient Care and Consultation**:

- Educate patients on treatment options, processes, and expected outcomes.
- Build strong patient relationships, ensuring comfort and trust throughout their treatment journey.
- Address patient concerns and provide post-treatment care instructions.
- **Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry**:

- Carry out complex restorative procedures, including implant placement, full-mouth rehabilitation, and orthodontic corrections related to smile aesthetics.
- Ensure all treatments align with the latest trends in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry.
- **Advanced Dental Technology**:

- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment such as CAD/CAM systems, 3D scanners, and intraoral cameras for precision treatments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and techniques in smile designing and aesthetic dentistry.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with dental practice regulations.
- Ensure adherence to all infection control and sterilization protocols.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in workshops, conferences, and certifications to enhance skills and stay abreast of advancements in cosmetic dentistry.
- Mentor junior staff or trainees in advanced smile designing techniques when required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.
- Certification or advanced training in smile designing, aesthetic dentistry, or cosmetic dentistry.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in dental practice, with a strong focus on smile designing and aesthetic procedures.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital smile design tools (e.g., DSD, 3Shape).
- Expertise in aesthetic procedures like veneers, crowns, and laser gum contouring.
- Familiarity with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools (e.g., CBCT, CAD/CAM).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Empathy and ability to reassure and comfort patients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
