Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dentist (BDS/MDS) to join our dental clinic in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general and specialized dental procedures, excellent patient-handling skills, and a passion for providing high-quality dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Consultation & Diagnosis

  • Conduct thorough dental check-ups, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and case histories.

Dental Procedures & Treatments

  • Perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including fillings, RCTs, extractions, crowns, and bridges.
  • For MDS candidates: Specialized treatments in Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Periodontics, or Oral Surgery.
  • Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are followed strictly.

Patient Care & Relationship Management

  • Build strong patient relationships by ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience.
  • Address patient concerns and provide post-treatment care instructions.
  • Follow up with patients to monitor treatment progress and satisfaction.

Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with dental assistants and clinic staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and integrate them into practice.
  • Assist in dental camp initiatives, community outreach, and marketing activities to promote clinic services.

Requirements:

Education: BDS/MDS from a recognized university with a valid dental license.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in general or specialized dentistry.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution.
  • Excellent patient-handling skills with a compassionate approach.
  • Knowledge of modern dental technologies and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
