Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Consultation & Diagnosis
- Conduct thorough dental check-ups, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and case histories.

Dental Procedures & Treatments
- Perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including fillings, RCTs, extractions, crowns, and bridges.
- Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are followed strictly.

Patient Care & Relationship Management
- Build strong patient relationships by ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience.
- Address patient concerns and provide post-treatment care instructions.
- Follow up with patients to monitor treatment progress and satisfaction.

Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with dental assistants and clinic staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and integrate them into practice.
- Assist in dental camp initiatives, community outreach, and marketing activities to promote clinic services.

**Requirements**:
✔ Education: BDS/MDS from a recognized university with a valid dental license.

✔ Experience: Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in general or specialized dentistry.

✔ Skills:

- Strong expertise in diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution.
- Excellent patient-handling skills with a compassionate approach.
- Knowledge of modern dental technologies and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jamalpur Colony, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
