Telesales Executive

ILeads Auxiliary Services, is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to generate sales leads. You will be responsible for bringing in customers, closing deals over phone calls and maintaining a good customer relationship.

Basic skills would be to be an excellent communicator. This is needed in order to present our products and service and deal with all customer complaints and doubts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold calling customers to inform them about real estate properties (Flats, Land etc.) available for sale
- Calling customer who have shown interest on purchasing flats or land
- Attending incoming calls from customers who wish to purchase property
- Helping customers make the right choice by communicating and understanding their requirement
- Enter and update customer information in the database. Ensure that all customer information is written correctly, and all fields need to be filled.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Basic Skills:

- Proven experience as real estate telesales executive or fresher with excellent communication
- Capability to make a minimum of 100-120 calls a day
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Educational qualification - HSC or above
