POST GRADUATE OR GRADUATE FRESHERS WITH GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Primary Roles:
- Market Research:
- Identify potential clients through market analysis and research.
- Study industry trends, competitor strategies, and target demographics to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation:
- Gather and maintain a database of potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM software, and online directories.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Support in Client Outreach:
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
- Generate reports on leads, conversion rates, and outreach efforts.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand the companys offerings and value proposition.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in Pitch Preparation:
- Support the creation of presentations, case studies, and other sales materials.
- Attend and take notes during client meetings to assist with follow-up actions.
- Content Contribution:
- Help draft client-facing communication such as newsletters, social media updates, and website content.
- Feedback Collection:
- Gather and document feedback from prospective clients to refine acquisition strategies.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Study competitors client acquisition techniques and suggest improvements.
- Event Participation:
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and webinars to identify new prospects and represent the organization.
- Learning and Development:
- Continuously update knowledge on sales techniques, CRM tools, and market trends to enhance effectiveness.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
