**Position**: Customer Service Executive - Australian Vehicle Insurance (Inbound Process)
**Location**: Work From Home (Remote)
**Work Days**: 6 Days a Week
**Shift**: Australian Rotational Shifts
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound calls from Australian customers regarding vehicle insurance queries, renewals, and policy assistance.
- Provide accurate product and service information while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all customer interactions.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet individual performance targets (AHT, Quality, Attendance, etc.).
- Collaborate with team leaders and quality teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **3 years of international calling experience** (preferably in insurance or customer service).
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** in English.
- **Work from Home setup**:
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Desktop/Laptop with updated configuration.
- Good quality noise-cancelling headset.
- Ability to work in **rotational Australian shifts** (including early morning hours).
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, reliable, and disciplined work approach.
**Salary Range**:
**INR 24,000 - 28,000 per month** (based on experience and communication assessment)
