- Maintain front desk cleanliness, visitor logs, and office supplies.
- Handle appointment scheduling and meeting room coordination.
- Assist the HR/Admin team with basic administrative tasks.
- Provide accurate information regarding projects, company details, or direct clients to the right personnel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist (Real Estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
