Responsibilities:
- **Client Engagement**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in your designated field or territory.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Needs Assessment**:
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
- Educate clients on new features, upgrades, or additional offerings that could benefit them.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions to client problems.
- **Customer Training**:
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use the company's products or services effectively.
- Ensure clients are aware of available resources for self-help and troubleshooting.
- **Feedback Collection**:
- Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences with the company's products or services.
- Relay feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to coordinate efforts in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Share client insights and feedback to improve overall business strategies.
- **Account Management**:
- Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Track customer interactions, transactions, and communication for reference and analysis.
- **Client Retention**:
- Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and prevent churn.
- Proactively address potential issues and provide value-added services to enhance client satisfaction.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**:
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute upselling strategies.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in client needs.
- Use market intelligence to anticipate customer requirements and proactively address them.
- **Field Reports and Documentation**:
- Prepare regular reports on field activities, client interactions, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client communications.
- **Customer Events**:
- Plan and organize customer events or seminars to strengthen relationships and showcase new offerings.
- Attend industry events to network and build relationships with potential clients.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
