Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**: Proactively seek out potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized solutions.
**Property Sales**: o Present and promote properties to prospective buyers through effective presentations, site visits, and open houses. o Negotiate sale prices and terms, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company. Prepare and execute all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
**Market Analysis**:o Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor activities. o Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information to help them make informed decisions.
**Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales activities and results to management
**Marketing and Promotion**:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach a wider audience and generate leads.
**Customer Service**:o Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. o Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, - Experience: o Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. o Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations. o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Personal Attributes: - High level of integrity and professionalism. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. - Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Pay: ₹9,874.55 - ₹36,515.81 per month
