**Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales activities and results to management

**Marketing and Promotion**:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach a wider audience and generate leads.

**Customer Service**:o Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. o Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, - Experience: o Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. o Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations. o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Pay: ₹9,874.55 - ₹36,515.81 per month
