Job descriptions:
- Have 0-2 years’ experience in Sales (Real Estate)
- Act as an intermediary between company and clients.
- Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
- Accompany clients during site visits.
- Prompt response to client queries regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs.
- Should also be responsible to close the deal.
- Reviewing own sales performance and aiming to meet or exceeds targets.
- Gathering customer and market information.
- Timely reporting on site visits and sales performance to management
- Language proficiency: - English, Hindi and regional language.
