Follow up on Enquiry Registers

Cold and hot calling

Converting enquiries to orders

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for efficient delivery schedules.

Assist the sales team in finalizing orders and price negotiations.

Follow up with customers after quotations to secure sales.

Review and manage customer enquiries promptly.

Print and update the Enquiry Register on a weekly basis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Provide timely support to address customer concerns and queries.

Update and maintain the CRM system with new leads and enquiries.

Prepare and update weekly task lists with dates and next steps.

Trash cold quotations after three months if no progress.

Call customers on the debtors list to ensure timely payments.

Support the sales head in allocating work to the sales team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
