**Reports To**: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

**Job Summary**: The Mechanical Maintenance Helper will assist in the maintenance, repair, and installation of machines and equipment. This role requires a basic understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to work under the guidance of experienced mechanics to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems within the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Support mechanics in troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing preventive maintenance.
- Help in the inspection of mechanical components, such as pumps, motors, and conveyors.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Document maintenance activities and report any issues to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI diploma in Mechanical or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Skills**:

- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment.
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- May require working outside regular business hours.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting heavy items.

**Salary: Monthly salary between Rs,10,000/- to Rs. 18,000/-**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
