Helper

**Job Summary**

The Factory Helper will support day-to-day operations across various production lines within the FMCG facility. This includes assisting with material handling, machine operations, packing, cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and integral to meeting daily manufacturing targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist machine operators in loading/unloading raw materials and finished products
- Handle packing, labeling, and stacking of goods as per standard operating procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the factory floor and working zones
- Move materials between storage and production areas using manual or mechanized equipment
- Dispose waste and ensure recyclables are segregated properly
- Help during equipment changeovers and minor maintenance tasks
- Inspect products for visible damage or irregularities during packing and report anomalies
- Record counts, stock movements, or other manual entries as needed
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times
- Cooperate with shift supervisors and work closely with other team members to meet deadlines

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene standards
- Time management skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is a plus

**Working Conditions**
- Exposure to machinery noise, heat, dust, and chemicals (with safety measures in place)
- Shift-based work schedule including night shifts and weekends
- Requires wearing uniforms and safety gear throughout the working hours
