JD- Research Associate

Executive for products and for wellness queries, and meet the regulatory requirements, and standards set by relevant authorities.

**Responsibilities**

1. **Customer Queries** Respond to customer inquiries and concerns related to product efficacy, safety, and usage. Provide accurate and timely information to address their questions.

2. **Product Development Support**:Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new wellness products are designed with regulatory compliance in mind from the outset.

3. **Documentation and Record Management** : Maintain records of regulatory compliance documentation, including product dossiers, safety data, and test results.

4. **Risk Assessment**: Conduct risk assessments for wellness products to identify potential safety issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.

5. **Regulatory Research**: Stay informed about emerging regulatory trends and changes in the wellness industry to adapt the company's products and processes accordingly.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or regulatory affairs, is often required. Advanced degrees may be preferred.

2. **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with regulatory authorities and customers.

3. **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using software tools for regulatory documentation and management.

4. **Certifications**: Obtaining relevant certifications in regulatory affairs can be beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹215,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
