**POSITION: Research Associate**
**EXPERIENCE: 2+ Year in international outbound calling**
**LOCATION: Bangalore**
**LANGUAGE (Fluent): English Language**

**BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Recruiting healthcare professionals to participate in online MR surveys as well as for panel recruitment.
- Coordinate with project owners, provide daily updates and consistently deliver as per the set targets and timelines for each data collection projects.
- Cold calling and lead generation.
- Follow-up and reminder calls.
- Build and maintain a good rapport with respondent.
- Online mining and desk research.
- “As part of job responsibilities, you are required to comply with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards”.

**PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE**:

- Very good cold-caller with strong convincing and soft skills. Soft skill trained resources from sales processes are preferred.
- Should be willing to work in target orientated environment with stringent timelines. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize task independently based on targets & timelines.
- Neutral accent with no MTI/local influence.
- Experience in lead generation and awareness of standard rebuttals to pass the gatekeepers.
- Proactive & spontaneous thinker and can change pitch of the call to achieve results.
- Ability to mine contact information from free online sources.
- Should have the ability to comprehend survey screener logic.
- Proficient in using MS excel & word.
- Good interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**
- Any Graduate/Under-Graduate (minimum 12th pass)

- Work timing: Indian Night Shift (US EST hours)
