Education Research Associate

**Location**: Prayoga Institute of Education Research, Bengaluru
The incumbent is responsible for contributing to various aspects of Education Research and tool development programs at Prayoga. They carry out the research activities of the education project and support the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for working with the education research team
- Participate and hold responsibility for ideation, data collection, and analysis of research
- Actively participate and interact with the implementation team working towards achieving research objectives
- Identify relevant tools in the field of education research and contribute in the development/ testing of the same
Qualification
- A graduate/Master's degree in science.
- Master's degree in Education (M.Ed./MA Education)
- Basics of statistics and use of SPSS tool or any equivalent statistical tools
Minimum Requirements
- Teaching experience of 3 years preferred
- Readiness to develop deeper insights into the Education domain
- Acumen for educational research, adaptability to new ideas and areas of study
- Willingness to learn and contribute
- Understanding of educational psychology
- Willingness to work in teams
- Good hands-on experience in statistics is preferred
- Diligent with the assigned work
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research designs
- Good proficiency in English
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
