Bid Administration Executive

We are seeking a Bid Administration Executive**, who enjoys speaking English and developing your communication, creative and organisational skills.
**What is the role?**
- Support the Bid Team in managing various organisational administrative tasks including managing the e-filing system and logging/updating activity
- Drive the production of professional, high-quality tenders, proposals and visual presentations to deliver great results
- Complete questionnaires and provide standard information to clients whilst supporting the Bid Team to maintain a library of re-usable written content
- Manage queries from internal and external stakeholders
**What about you?**
- You will have excellent English language, written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with a range of different individuals
- You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a bid or proposal team responsible for tendering for business together with strong MS Word & PowerPoint skills
- You will be well organised and with a structured approach to your working with a high attention to detail
- Ideally (not essential) you will also have experience of UK public sector tendering and creative/design skills
