Who are our Founders?

Shaily Garg, a graduate of IIT Bombay, is on a mission to transform cross-border materials trade. Forbes named her one of the world's top 30 under-30 achievers. She has also received a SheMaker award for her contributions to the manufacturing industry as a woman innovator.

Ashish Chandra is a graduate of IIT Delhi and a former PwC director with extensive experience in the UK and Middle East markets.

Both founders have extensive manufacturing, logistics, and trade finance experience.

**What will be your duties & responsibilities?**
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Ensures high-quality data capture and accurately manages sales orders on a real-time basis
- Coordinates closely with the Operations team to ensure the effective execution of customer enquiries

**What are the key requirements & skills?**
- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g., skip tracing)
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g., FDCPA)
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Comfortable working with targets
- Patience and ability to manage stress
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Experience in Outbound Sales, preferably in International B2B markets
- Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving skills
