
Area Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Business Development**:
- Identify and approach potential clients for pest control services, including residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Conduct meetings with clients, understand their pest control needs, and suggest suitable services.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
**Sales & Revenue Growth**:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and present service proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Promote anti-termite treatment and other pest control services.
**Market Research & Reporting**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demand.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update the management on progress.
**Coordination & Follow-ups**:
- Work closely with the operations team to schedule pest control treatments.
- Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
**Requirements**:
1-3 years of experience in sales (pest control, FMCG, real estate, or related industries preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
Knowledge of Gorakhpur’s local market is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
