**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage Meta ad campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend.
- Conduct A/B testing and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Create visually compelling ad creatives using Canva.
- Ensure seamless integration and utilization of Shopify for tracking sales and managing product listings.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising and e-commerce.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Meta ads for e-commerce.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through Meta advertising.
- Proficiency in using Shopify for e-commerce management.
- Strong skills in Canva for creating ad creatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other digital marketing channels and tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website adjustments.
