**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Monitor Digital Presence**: Continuously observe and analyze brand mentions, conversations, and trends across social media, news, blogs, forums, and various other platforms.
- **Engagement & Response**: Assist internal teams in identifying key online conversations and ensuring timely responses to brand-related queries and concerns.
- **Data-Driven Reporting**: Create comprehensive reports based on analytics tools, offering insights that help optimize brand strategy and assess campaign performance.
- **Risk Mitigation**: Identify potential online risks and contribute to developing proactive strategies to safeguard brand reputation during critical moments.
- **Competitor & Market Analysis**: Regularly monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends to enhance clients’ brand positioning.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years in digital monitoring, social media analysis, or a related role, with a proven track record in data analysis and reporting.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency with monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Meltwater, etc.).
- **Strong Communicator**: Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- **Detail-oriented**: Exceptional attention to detail in tracking trends and generating accurate reports.
- **Versatile**: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and clients concurrently.
