Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital channels—including social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing—and be eager to grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Assist in keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop creative ad assets and engaging social media content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Help manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ad spend and performance.
  • Execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic reach.
  • Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms to maintain consistent brand presence.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising (internships or agency experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
