**Job Title: Lead Generation and AdWords Account Handler**

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our marketing team as a Lead Generation and AdWords Account Handler. This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts through effective lead generation strategies and meticulous management of AdWords campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into leads.
- Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lead acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to ensure cost-effective lead acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to continually improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with the content team to align ad messaging with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and paid advertising.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in lead generation strategies and techniques.
- Proficiency in managing Google AdWords campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Certification in Google AdWords (preferred) and familiarity with Google Analytics.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in lead generation and managing AdWords campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in driving lead generation through digital channels.
