We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing curriculum materials, and mentoring students to excel in various digital marketing disciplines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging digital marketing training sessions both online and offline.
- Develop comprehensive curriculum materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises. We provide complete materials to practice and train.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the content remains relevant and effective.
- Provide personalized mentorship and guidance to students to help them achieve their learning objectives. Mentor support is provided throughout the training process.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones to meet market demands.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract prospective students and promote the institute's programs.
- Utilize your 3 years of overall digital marketing experience, including 1 year as a digital marketing trainer, to enrich the learning experience for students.
- Engage in real-world digital marketing projects, allowing trainers to work on real brands and market those businesses while simultaneously training students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of overall digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year specifically as a digital marketing trainer.
- Demonstrated ability in delivering training sessions or workshops, either in an online or offline setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for mentoring and fostering the success of others.
- Adaptability to cater to different learning styles and the capability to customize training materials to suit diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Creative problem-solving skills coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development.
