Digital Marketing TrainerPosition Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital marketing training curriculum and learning materials
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on various digital marketing topics
- Create and maintain training documentation, presentations, and hands-on exercises
- Assess training effectiveness and participant progress through evaluations and feedback
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Customize training programs based on audience needs and skill levels
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to participants
- Develop case studies and practical exercises to reinforce learning
- Monitor and report on training outcomes and participant success metrics

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in professional settings
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including:

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
- Analytics and Reporting
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
- Digital marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience in curriculum development
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Multilingual capabilities
- Experience with virtual training platforms
- Background in instructional design

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience with presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote)
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Content Management System experience
