We are seeking a motivated **UI/UX Designer Trainer** who can provide training in UI/UX design concepts, tools, and best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, as well as the ability to communicate and teach these concepts clearly to students. Prior experience as a trainer will be considered a plus, but is not mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on UI/UX design principles, tools, and techniques.
- Guide students through hands-on design projects, providing feedback and mentoring.
- Create and deliver lesson plans, assignments, and other instructional materials.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Provide individual support to learners to help them improve their design skills.
- Assist in the development and improvement of the training curriculum.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for all students.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Basic understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping others grow in their design careers.
- Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer Trainer is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of design systems and user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design sprints.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
- Any relevant certifications in UI/UX design (optional).

Pay: ₹12,196.31 - ₹20,000.00 per month
