We are looking for a **Freshers & Experienced UI/UX Designer** to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand the target audience, their needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Typically requires Hands on experience in UI/UX design roles. Experience with relevant design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Mockups or similar software is essential.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with team members, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for user-centered design.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate solutions to design challenges.
