**UI/UX Designer - Job Description - 2 to 3 years Exp.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets etc.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.
- Identifying design problems and developing elegant solutions.
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders incorporating feedback into your designs.
- Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of UI/UX design experience.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite and Visual Studio.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
