**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch, Prototype, Photoshop, Illustration.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
- Create visually appealing design assets that align with our brand guidelines.
- Assist in documenting design processes, user flows, and specifications for development teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to design discussions.
- Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate or current student in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch, Prototype, Photoshop, Illustration.
- Familiarity with visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity Designer).
- Understanding of usability testing methods and iteration techniques.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and user flows.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with user research, personas, and user journey analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for learning and staying updated on UX/UI design trends.
