**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to design an innovative **AI-powered accessibility features**, designed to redefine how users interact with technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design **user-friendly and accessible UI components** like Braille, sign language, and lip reading features as well as other essential components.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like **Figma** or **Adobe XD**.
- Focus on **accessibility standards** (WCAG guidelines) to ensure inclusivity.
- Conduct **user research** and refine designs based on feedback.
- Work flexible hours aligned with the **core team located in California, US**.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Design**, **Human-Computer Interaction**, **Graphic Design**, or equivalent (Diploma).
- Proficiency in design tools like **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, or **Sketch**.
- Experience designing for **accessibility** and gesture-based interfaces.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
- Knowledge of **WCAG guidelines** and best practices.
- Minimum **2+ years of experience** in UI/UX design.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
