**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct user research** (interviews, surveys, usability tests) with students, educators, and admins to inform design decisions
- **Test designs and iterate** based on user feedback and analytics to improve usability and learner engagement
- **Collaborate cross-functionally** with product managers, developers, content creators, and educators; maintain design systems and present design rationale clearly to stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, or related field, with a strong **portfolio** of UI/UX work for web or mobile
- Proficiency with wireframe and prototyping tools like **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
