**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 (Based on experience and teaching quality)

Arena Animation Dilsukhnagar is seeking a creative and experienced **Graphic Design & UI/UX Faculty** to join our team. If you have expertise in graphic design along with UI/UX principles and a passion for teaching, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training on graphic design concepts, tools, and techniques, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
- Teach UI/UX design principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing using industry-standard tools like Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.
- Provide hands-on guidance to students in building graphic and UI/UX projects and portfolios.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and incorporate them into the course structure.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and project guidelines that enhance student engagement and learning.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure they are ready for industry roles.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in graphic design and UI/UX.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), UI/UX tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch), and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of design principles like typography, color theory, and branding, as well as user experience and interface design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A strong passion for mentoring and shaping the next generation of designers.
