**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets, including pricing, client outreach, and negotiation tactics.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and initiatives, and with the project management team to ensure seamless project handovers.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- **Proven Experience**: 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential construction or premium apartment sales.
- **Track Record**: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM), MS Office, and online marketing tools.
- **Market Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the Chennai construction and real estate market.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
