About the Role:
Kickstart your career in real estate sales with us We’re hiring freshers to join our dynamic Channel Sales Team, where you’ll work closely with top builders (Prestige, Lodha, Sobha, etc.) and brokers to sell premium residential properties. If you’re ambitious, love interacting with people, and want uncapped earning potential, this is the perfect role for you
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist partners with property inquiries, site visits, and deal closures.
Target-Driven: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through channel partners.
Build Relationships: Partner with builders and brokers to drive sales of luxury projects.
Close Deals: Assist clients with site visits, pricing, and bookings.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor projects and trends.
Hit Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Who Should Apply?
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated with a hustler mindset.
Willing to travel across Bengaluru for meetings.
Basic real estate knowledge (we’ll train you).
