**Salary**: INR 3-5 Lakhs per annum + Incentives Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding the needs and requirements of prospective customers and offering suitable solutions.
- Providing detailed information about our services, pricing, and packages to interested leads.
- Persuading and convincing potential customers to choose our maid services over competitors.
- Following up with leads to ensure timely conversion into customers.
- Achieving sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage

repeat business and referrals. Requirements:

- A graduate degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not

mandatory.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam languages is mandatory.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
