**The Job/ Position Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and execute Sales Strategy for residential apartments.
- Leading sales function, generating and nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms and closing sale.
- Network with target community and potential clients for sales and also establish relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree.
- 01 or 05 year experience in Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
