**About the Role**
Are you passionate about education and student success? Edujam LLP is looking for a **Student Support Executive** to be the bridge between students, internal teams, and our partner universities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring students receive timely, empathetic, and efficient academic support throughout their learning journey.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Verify academic and ID documents submitted during admission and course progression.
**Student Query Resolution ( Calls are mandatory)**
**Fee Collection & Record Keeping**
- Assist with fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain up-to-date financial records.
**Academic Updates**
- Communicate key updates related to assignments, exams, results, and circulars promptly.
**Data Management**
- Maintain organized student records—both digital and physical.
**Follow-Ups**
- Regularly follow up on pending fees, missing documents, or other student requirements.
**Internal Coordination**
- Coordinate with internal teams and university partners to resolve academic and admin matters.
**Operational Support**
- Help manage academic events, exam registrations, and student-facing processes.
**Who Can Apply?**
**Education**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any stream (required)
**Languages**:
- Proficiency in **Hindi and English** (spoken and written) is essential
**Experience**:
- 0-2 years of experience (Fresh graduates with strong communication and a student-first mindset are highly encouraged to apply)

**Work Schedule**
**Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Timing**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
