About the Role

Are you passionate about education and student success? Edujam LLP is looking for a Student Support Executive to be the bridge between students, internal teams, and our partner universities. You'll play a key role in ensuring students receive timely, empathetic, and efficient academic support throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Student Onboarding & Document Handling (Phone, Email & In-Person)

  • Verify academic and ID documents submitted during admission and course progression.

Student Query Resolution ( Calls are mandatory)

  • Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, or in person with clarity and care.

Fee Collection & Record Keeping

  • Assist with fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain up-to-date financial records.

Academic Updates

  • Communicate key updates related to assignments, exams, results, and circulars promptly.

Data Management

  • Maintain organized student records—both digital and physical.

Follow-Ups

  • Regularly follow up on pending fees, missing documents, or other student requirements.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and university partners to resolve academic and admin matters.

Operational Support

  • Help manage academic events, exam registrations, and student-facing processes.

Who Can Apply?

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any stream (required)

Languages:

  • Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is essential

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates with strong communication and a student-first mindset are highly encouraged to apply)

Work Schedule
